Loved our stay, we would...

Liked: We were given a room upgrade - the food was lovely the staff were pleasant.
Disliked: We were left a lovely card but it was written to a man and there was no man in our room that was a little disappointing. One bag was missing from the time it went from the front desk to the room. (It was found quickly) the air conditioning didnt work. Theres no notice that there is alcohol in the bread at breakfast we werent sure if the sausages also contained alcohol.

Liked: The proximity to the train station and the town centre!.The warm welcome from the staff from the minute you arrive in the door ! Such friendly helpful staff. The quality of the service is wonderful . The beautiful breakfast ! The Christmas decorations! It's endless ..Quality all the way!
Disliked: I wish they had Christmas music playing for to add to the fab atmosphere!

Ok value for money.

Liked: It is really stylish and the common areas are very nice. The staff are top class and make you feel valued. They have very nice facilities. Delicious but small portion of breakfasts.
Disliked: The room furniture is a bit dated and simple. The matress wasnt the best I ever experienced in a hotel. It did the job for a night. Room was a bit loud facing the street/railway station.
