Liked: The location was good. The restaurant had a good happy hour and breakfast.
Disliked: The room was cold and the heating couldn't be adjusted. The shower didn't seal so the floor was wet. Very little storage space if staying more than a few days.

Liked: Convenient to Southern Cross station and multiple tram routes. Good price for a basic, no frills room
Disliked: Rooms overlooking Flinders Ln can be noisy. Looking a little tired and dated in some areas

I felt safe and comfortable...

Liked: I requested a room overlooking Spencer St and that’s what I got. The room met all my needs well. As an older woman travelling alone the location opposite the station was excellent.

Close and convenient

Liked: The property is clean and close to everything we needed. The staff were great and we really enjoyed our stay
Disliked: My only issue with the property was the beds were very hard and the springs could be felt

Liked: Room was efficient with the small size, beds were comfy, bathroom was nice, clean and well organised with the limited space.
Disliked: Lack of warm/hot water, A/C remote was not functional
