Fabulous premises Bar Manager appalling

Liked: The location was amazing and the hotel has some amazing bars.
Disliked: The bar manager was appalling, as we had stayed before. But we will not return - we complained to the property and received a written apology. No drinks after 11 pm, all bars shut, abrupt and rude. It was a family staying, so we had grown females with us. We were not rowdy; the answer to every question was no.

Disliked: Limited hanging space for clothes. No fridge in room had a cool draw that wasnt cool.unable to open cupboard doors fully as it hit the bed.bottled water not replaced.have stayed here twice before and been very impressed but wont stay again .empty tissue box Was disturbed at 8.30 on morning of departure by maid coming into room to clean thinking we had left.check out not till 11 am. I would not rate this a 5 star hotel on my experience.

Disliked: Restaurant not open Sunday and Monday evenings. Toilet not in main bathroom.

Ideal location in central London....

Liked: Good location, historic building, comfortable bed, excellent sound proofing. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My route to the hotel from Trafalgar Square down Whitehall was blocked by pro-Palestinian demonstrators!

Weekend trip to London

Liked: Great location, excellent bar and bar staff, good breakfast.
