Ideal location in central London....

Liked: Good location, historic building, comfortable bed, excellent sound proofing. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My route to the hotel from Trafalgar Square down Whitehall was blocked by pro-Palestinian demonstrators!

lovely hotel but not most...

Liked: Great location and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Check in was slow; we were unnecessarily reminded the room was for two people (we had our daughter with us who is at Uni in London and we were taking out for dinner), and overall process was not at all welcoming. We were very jet lagged and arrived at breakfast at 10:50; the waitress made a point of looking at her watch, tutting and saying they were abut to take all the buffet items away and that we had better order quickly. All unnecessary and unwelcoming and as a result wont be going back
