Liked: the bed was super comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The smell of the drains in the bathroom were awful, and we were given an accessible room despite not booking one, which I wasn’t best pleased about. I would expect staying in a 5* hotel for the price the room would have included a smart TV/the option to airplay via iPhone - you could only chromecrast with an android (no Netflix etc just access to ‘normal’ channels)Some of the furniture, the desk in particular were badly damaged and just looked very tired The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken and there was nowhere to hang towels, there was also no shelving/storage in the bathroom to put toothbrush/toiletries etc which was inconvenient overall I had a pleasant stay but it definitley wasn’t worth the price

Magnificent hotel and I will...

Liked: The hotel is sparkling clean and it’s in the heart of london. Walking distance from Big Ben, Piccadilly, Oxford st., Regent st….etc. All the staff were extremely friendly, supportive and professional. Most importantly for us, they have electronic bidet seat with remote control installed.
Disliked: Checkin took some time coz they only have 2 checkin counters so I think this could be an area of improvement.
