Bad fir business

Disliked: They didn't accept my online reservation and didn't return my payment ,I expected a payment because in order to stay I had to pay cash and also whom ever wrote the report claimed that I never showed up I did I stay in room 105 I would like my payment forward to my card and you should tell them not to use your advertisements if they are not going to honor the bookings.
