Our motel offers a great setting for an affordable getaway in South Haven near Lake Michigan. All of our rooms are located on the ground floor. A Crappy Anniversary visit. We...

Liked: The room appeared and smelled very clean. Bathroom too. Bed looked and felt very comfortable, until midnight. We were watching tv when bedbugs started climbing all over our pillows! Yuck! Asked for a refund and left to drive home 1.5 hrs away.
Disliked: The room appeared beautiful and we were comfortable until the bed bugs appeared! The bed was infested with bed bugs. The front desk was available, sympathetic and gave us a refund.

Not impressed

Liked: The room was ok, the breakfast was very simple like cereal and muffins.....beds ok
Disliked: The area is not good at all this hotel is outside the town. Parents keep your children close, lots of shady people at this location......people live here at this hotel ..
