Surprising comedy of errors for...

Liked: This is a tough one. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review. The hotel had so much potential but went sideways from the start. Elevators were either broken, or semi-working or just full. Stairs worked well but only to go down to lobby not to go up, and hadn’t been cleaned. Checkin communication wasn’t good, we wanted rooms close to each other but not necessarily connected and we wasted hours waiting as a result. They didn’t come by the clean the room until almost 3 so we gave up and just didn’t get fresh towels. The rooms are not well soundproofed and you can hear neighbours and the elevator even when you’re not near the elevator. The one thing they did great on was checkout and transportation!

Liked: The updated rooms, properly sized bathrooms, location, and how quiet it is to sleep.
Disliked: Not enough common space for guests to enjoy. If you weren’t in the restaurant you didn’t have a place to sit and relax outside your room.

Liked: I thought the facility was very nice, I loved the location, very close to a lot of different places. The tv was okay-chrome cast did not work and some of the channels offered showed a black screen. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, called ahead because we got to the city 45 minutes earlier than expected and we were able to check in 40Minutes early.
