Very nice place, loved the...

Liked: It was a very comfortable place. But I’m really glad we didn’t need to use the trundle bed as there wasn’t enough space for it. The room rate was fine, but I thought the $50 for having one dog was extremely expensive. Other places I have stayed with my dog are around $30-$35.

Nice winter park hotel

Liked: Great breakfast sandwich, comfy bed and pillow. Nice counter space
Disliked: Walls were thin

We won’t be coming back.

Disliked: Low quality, dirty room. Zero sound-proofing of walls, ceilings, floors. Very hard time sleeping, and tons of noise from other guests at all hours.

Good value hotel in great...

Liked: Staff was very personable and helpful. The location is amazing and right on the bus line to the resort. Decent on premise food and drinks. Nice touch for free hydration mixes.
Disliked: Dirty floors in room and a few stains on pillow cases. laundry stacked on stairs for multiple days was off-putting. One of the two hot tubs was broken during our stay. The breakfast burritos were too expensive for what you got.
