Liked: Beautiful location, with a stunning view & very close to all famous Edinburgh spots!In other words: Living in the heart of Edinburgh!

Perfect location for exploring

Liked: The location is unbeatable! The room had a very cozy look to it. The staff was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: There were places in the room that you could visibly see they haven’t been cleaned in a while so I’m not that confident on the overall cleanliness - ie the radiator in the bathroom or the toilet paper holder. One of my towels had a black smudge on it before using and it didn’t seem like a stain. There was a constant irritating clicking noise in the room, couldn’t tell if it was from the fridge or the ventilation but it was hard to tune it out while trying to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, too hard for me.

Liked: Amazing location, easy check in process, and it was fantastic to be able to store our bags after check out whilst we spent our last day enjoying the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling to it. The Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling of the room were a nice touch too!!
Disliked: It would have been useful to have a plug socket near the bed. Not something that I would have usually bothered with but this was advertised as being the case! The mattresses could clearly do with a refresh but it was still comfortable with the mattress on top.

Liked: Excellent location, nice building and friendly staff. We did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that!

Fantastic Hotel

Liked: We loved our stay here. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Room was superb. It was my husband Birthday so they upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of Prosecco. We could not fault any of it.We will definitely come back here.

Liked: Everything was fantastic ♥️ The location is perfect, the atmosphere, the room was comfortable,warm & clean, the whole staff were very friendly & polite ! ♥️ we will be back again in spring !

Liked: Good location, clean and layout of the room. Quality of food for breakfast.
Disliked: The quality of the coffee for breakfast was poor. It was cold and not refilled. Also, they didn't explain that you could request coffee, just what was out.
