Prime Location, Central to Tourist...

Liked: The Grassmarket Hotel is in a Prime location and central to all tourist attractions, with lots of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. Hotel staff were Lovely and very attentive, we we're greeted with a Huge Smile, our tripple room wash spacious, beds were super comfy, plenty tea/coffee etc and the Bathroom was Beautiful with heaps of hot water for all :-) Biddy Milligans (pub attached) was Fab, received a warm welcome, Fab Food and Live Music every night all within a few steps staggering distance from your room (but defo not noisey & discounted when staying at the hotel)! Would highly recommend The Grassmarket hotel and will be staying again on our next visit! Thank You Grassmarket ;-) xxx

Good value for money

Liked: The location is exceptional. Right in the middle of the old town, right under the Edinburgh castle. The room was clean, newly and nice decorated, with big smart tv. The bathroom was big with warm water. The view in the Grassmmarket square was beautiful. Highly recommend for the location, and the good value of money.

Great location, wonderful people, comfy...

Liked: The Grassmarket Hotel is in a great location- easily walkable to The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. There are also some tasty restaurants right on the same street. My room was small but comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. A bunch of steps to my room though so not accessible. There was also a great breakfast available for a modest extra charge.
Disliked: The room was a little musty but not overwhelming.
