Exceptional service!

Liked: This was our third stay at your hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room & bed very comfortable and clean. The food is great and the location suited our needs very well. Nothing bad to say! Thanks

Convenient and pleasant

Liked: The staff is great! I couldn't connect to the wifi, and the front desk promptly provided me with an alternative that helped me to be online again.
Disliked: Since I have to write something....I had to walk and turn a few times to get to my room, and I always got lost, ending up in other hallways.

Enjoyable but would have been...

Liked: Everything was good and went smoothly.
Disliked: Dynamic pricing was used as it was the weekend of the Taylor Swift Concert. Made our stay shorter and not good value for money.
