Liked: First time travellers from Australia to New Zealand. If we come back to NZ, I will definitely book here again. Shirley was so accommodating with our late check in, with fast communication in the days leading up to our trip to confirm. A lovely personalised note in our room. It felt safe, was so comfortable and clean and a good pressure shower can’t be beaten after a long trip.
