Nice hotel shame about the...

Liked: Beautiful hotel right next to the train station overlooking the bay. The staff were lovely. The bed was delightful and very comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. The floor was very grubby and the grouting was black in places.

Liked: Great location, excellent staff, pretty nice breakfast, really comfy bed! The spa area is a bit small but it was quite cozy and enjoyable
Disliked: Dinner at the lounge is good but not great. Best if you are a bit tired and would prefer a quick meal rather than going out for food

Poor facilities and too expensive

Disliked: The spa was closed which we weren’t told about. The pool is very small. The steam room would only fit a max of 2 people. The sauna wasn’t working. The bathroom was tired. Rooms were expensive and breakfast wasn’t included, when I asked about the child in our group only having a small continental breakfast I was told we would have to pay full price. The breakfast was self service and was low on several items, there was an option to have an omelette, eggs Benedict etc but these wouldIncur an additional charge.

Liked: Restraunt meals were excellent however the bar meals we not so good. Drink were very expensive and went elsewhere.
