We were not notified that...

Disliked: Notification of the renovations to the pool and hot tub area. Did not know until we arrived for check in. No offer of rescheduling , only a small discount on rooms or free cancelation. We should have been notified of this before we traveled 2 hours and others in our party traveled over 4 hours. Not fun having to scramble to find another facility on such short notice.

Liked: It was a very well keep property. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hot tub had too much chlorine that if it was running it would burn our eyes just seat at a table by it. Too much form!

Disliked: Staff were not very friendly, boarding on the point of rude.Extremely disappointed that pool and hot tub had been "closed for maintenance " for several months Room was comfortable but very worn out furniture and could have used a good clean
