Liked: The eggs and waffles were good. My daughter is gluten intolerant. Only options were eggs , yogurt and Cheerios. Maybe include more options?
Disliked: The bathroom door handle was very hard to open. We received a call about 10:15 from the front desk asking if we knew Clinton. As did my daughter in her room. I would say that later, don't call. If I haven't indicated I was expecting someone, refuse them entrance to the hotel.

Liked: Spacious room, clean place overall.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor the first morning. No bread products were available. They placed a noisy group on top of our room and stomped on the floor often. Front desk staff were not always available. I had to wait for someone to assist me. Maybe they were short-staffed. I think it was too expensive considering the overall experience.

Liked: The property was decorated nicely and was clean. I was greeted kindly and was checked in well. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was adequate and similar to normal free breakfasts. Great location close to Riverside Park and downtown.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were a few things that were disappointing. The bed tipped towards the headboard, so without a lot of pillows you got a head rush. There was a very annoying tapping noise, maybe pipes, that consistently happened even through the night. The ceiling in the bathroom had a large patch that was falling apart.

Liked: Lobby was beautiful. The room was clean. Desk staff was kind.
Disliked: The dishwasher was on and made a lot of noise.we ended up turning it off whether it was done or not. But it shouldn't have been running at 6:30 pm when we checked in anyway. The bedroom was ridiculously hot to the point we had to open a window at the end of December. And yes, the thermostat was working because the sitting area was comfortable. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we woke up with back and hip pain. The bathroom had no bath towels, only hand towels.We had stayed a few years ago and were surprised at the decline.
