Liked: Checked in, went to our room, door was open, room wasn’t even clean, walked out. The gentleman at the counter gave us another room. We walked in, at least the bed was made in this room, went into the bathroom where the toilet was completely full of somebody else’s bowel movements. Absolutely disgusting! …tried two rooms, we checked out will & will never return.

Liked: Hidden charges just kept coming. And coming and coming It's probably because I was checking in at midnight with disabled kids and a dog after driving all day and night, and I was clearly desperate. But I had booked through booking with NO MENTION OF ALL THESE FEES. "Clean" dishes were filthy and MOLDY seriously, black mold on the dishes. Then, the soaps are all the stinkiest smelling shampoo and conditioner and body wash. My daughter shut the bathroom door to stop the smell from spreading, and I sprayed my wet hair with febreze to try not to walk around smelling like that, fresh out of the shower I stunk more then I did before showering. I would not stay here again. Even if desperate, I would keep driving.
