Passable

Liked: Stay was pretty good but our room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Staff promptly sprayed air freshener in the room but it did little to cover the smell. Would have been less upsetting had it been adults in the room but staying with my young children in a smoke smelling room was less than pleasant. No offer to change rooms but I believe they may have been full.

Liked: The bedding was not clean and the pull out couch bed was stained and gross.

Visit ok but probably won’t...

Liked: Rate was reasonable, jacuzzi good and hot but walls appeared dirty, location good
Disliked: Refrigerator not used by me but not clean, noisy at nite, had last person’s food in it, room key difficult to open door, breakfast ok, makeup remover and conditioner in BR but no shampoo,

Exceptional

Good place for the money...

Liked: The guy behind the counter was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. Breakfast was good but standard, waffles, cereal, juice and such.
Disliked: The rooms need major updates. Our room had a broken faucet in the bathroom, someone punched and damage a door, the smoke detector was hanging by wires, and our temperature control box was broken.

Liked: Great location and amenities. Front desk staff member was super nice and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom in the room we stayed in had noticeable water damage on the ceiling.
