Good value and location

Liked: Great location in Apple Valley. Plenty of free parking. Nice staff. Check-in was easy. The King Suite with jacuzzi tub is a huge space. There's a living area, kitchenette, bedroom with a comfy king size bed, and jacuzzi tub in the corner near the bathroom area. The jacuzzi tub had two jets, and they put a TV near that area to enjoy while you soak. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Overall, a very decent place for the cost.They do offer breakfast from 6-10am, but I did not check it out.
Disliked: The hotel is getting a bit dated - just with some random cracks in flooring, and barely there decor. Felt a bit industrial in the room. The room above me must've had elephants practicing for a circus because that's all I could hear for hours.

Superb

Liked: The weekend staff was amazing! Right at check in she even answered my daughter's questions on the amenities. Breakfast on Sunday was great. The staff was efficient in keeping everything stocked and clean. I was impressed with the coffee, not the usual watered down kind it was delicious. Pool and room were what we expected, which was great.
Disliked: Monday at 8 am someone opened the door to our room peeked in then closed it. This freaked out my daughter who was on the rollaway couch. I can only assume it was housekeeping although they didn't say anything. Breakfast was terrible especially after the day before it being so great. We came down at 9 it was dirty. There were other people who had already asked for plates and coffee to be restocked. Trash was overflowing and the person that got the plates, refilled that and left again with all the other issues in the room. It was disappointing but we did enjoy the previous morning. The room only had one remote for the tvs but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Disliked: Hotel needs updates and renovation. Rooms are dated. Hotel is pretty run down- no real sound proofing between rooms.

Disliked: Beat up furniture, thermostat to make room cooler wasn’t working properly, water pressure in tub and temperature was also lacking. Loud neighbors.
