Liked: The hotel is located in a magnificient building at the heart of Brno. Everything is within walking distance reach and we shouldn’t forget to mention that the hotel’s restaurant is offering great cuisine wrapped into great service.
Disliked: Number of parking spaces in front of the hotel is very limited and you may be requested to either leave your car key at the reception or park in a nearby garage.Short shower in the corner tub in the bathroom.

Disliked: the door isn't sound proof so when there are someone talking in the hallway it's like they are just talking right next to you.

Liked: Comodity, rooms. Localization and the day manager, Lady with googles that works day shift..She was truly kind to give US a earlier check in as we arrive at Dwan. What a professionalism. Very kind and and well spoken. Alaways with a smile.
Disliked: Remaining staff. Stone faces, close tounfriendly. Stayed a couple of hours in the lobby waiting for my night bus, nobody ask me if I wanted a drink, not even a glass of water..to use the toillet was like a favor. In terms of welkoming the worst five star hotel I ever been. As a Young business man maybe it was for the sportif clothes i was wearing in holidays. Maybe because czecks in general dont smile and are close to the bone, giving a sensation of an hostile environment. But i liked ii anyway.

Luxury and friendliness beautifully combined!

Liked: A beautiful building in a fabulous central location. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, a superbly appointed room (with a fine view of the cathedral) and a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant is outstanding. This is one of our favourite hotels in any Central European city and we can’t wait to come back as soon as possible!

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Love the location. Lovely staff. Excellent restaurant. Best food in town.
Disliked: Music in the restaurant. Please change the tape!
