Disappointing, not what we expected...

Liked: The location is good, the access to the pool is perfect. The walk out patio was a nice option
Disliked: We have stayed here in 2020 and honestly left this stay very disappointed. The hotel room was outside of the main building which was totally fine but for the price it's absolutely not worth it. We were booked in for 3 people the room had things for only two people. One pod of coffee the rest was tea or decaf for a 2 night stay. They provide no housekeeping during your stay so anything you need needs to be requested, I don't mind the no housekeeping but a refresh for coffee & such would have been nice. The beds were missing pillows and extremely uncomfortable, they were noisy, hard and terrible. Everytime you moved it was a loud crunching noise, even our child said it was loud. Honestly no one really slept. The hotel room was bright and clean but the bathroom shower door leaked, the shower wasn't the cleanest. Check out is earlier than other hotels and check in isn't until 4pm. The pool was the main reason we returned but the pool has now become quite rundown the floor of the pool is very rough and the paint in the kids area is chipping off, definitely needs a refresh. Overall it was disappointing, we were in town for a funeral if it wasn't for family staying at the same hotel & being away from the hotel so much for family obligations we would have asked for a refund and left. For the amount of money this places charges and for all the things that corners have been cut we will not be returning and wouldn't recommend.
