Liked: The location is awesome, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops etc. Our hotel room was clean, modern and renovated. Staff were very welcoming and had great customer service. The main town is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
Disliked: Check in is too late and check out is too early. The beds in the Annex building was very firm and uncomfortable.

Wonderful Stay for Families

Liked: Our 2 bedroom suite in the main building was perfect for our family of 5. It was beautifully decorated, bright and airy and very comfortable.The ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom allowed everyone more space and privacy. There was lots of room for everyone and all of our things. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prep and eat meals. The fireplace was a lovely addition and we enjoyed the balcony area.We loved the pool and the outside portion of the hot tub. We also appreciated the underground parking and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: We were greeted by a very unfriendly staff member who was short and a little rude with both our family and an older couple before us.The hallways and lobby area are being renovated, which was a good thing because the hallways were very shabby with peeling carpet and garbage strewn everywhere. While we enjoyed the pool area, the little hallway to enter it and leave footwear was much too tiny and crowded.We were very excited about the fancy steam showers in the bathrooms, but very few of the options worked in either shower.The underground parking was difficult to navigate and find the spots allocated for our hotel.

The Annex is definitely not...

Liked: So staying in the Annex was a big disappointment. ( I can’t speak for the main hotel) The walls are paper thin ( and extremely loud Neighbors until 2am above our room) & it’s in great need of repairs. The 1st girl at the front desk was so unfriendly & doesn’t smile. Cleaning stuff was super nice.
