Liked: Good location if you want to stay in the central aerea, close to clubs.
Disliked: My experience was unfortunately disappointing. I had booked a Superior Double Room, but the room I was given was on the basement level, small and cold. It had no proper window, only a sort of veranda facing the interior of the building, from which a draft of cold air entered. When I brought this up with the staff, they told me that this was indeed the room from my booking. However, the photos of the Superior Double Room showed a spacious room with proper windows, even a small armchair. I highly doubt that a ‘superior’ room would be located in the basement, without windows, and with such limited space.To make matters worse, the room also had a cold draft coming from the veranda and a distinct smell of urine from the bathroom. I reported these issues to the staff, but they did nothing to address them. Instead, with an irritated tone, they asked if I wanted a blanket. Overall, this was far from the standard I expected and very disappointing.

Liked: the hotel is so beautiful and romantic, it's the oldest in town and I really loved its style and the little details from the past that make it unique and precious. the garden is so lovely, the breakfast room, the bar and the reading room are beautiful and elegant. i really loved staying here, especially because it's a unique place full of charme and history. the breakfast is great and staff is nice and lovely
Disliked: I had the feeling that they didn’t clean our room everyday... i think they only made the bed and changed the towels...I like to have my room and bathroom cleaned everyday. by the way, the hotel is neat and clean.
