Liked: Lovely hotel , helpful staff and dead central
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Liked: Good location—it's indeed super central. Overall, OK. It looks like an old building, and the hotel wants to appear fancier than it really is, but that's aesthetics. The room size was OK, and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. It was not necessarily poor quality, but there was not much choice. Also, although the building seems renovated to a good extent, it seems they forgot to invest in the bathrooms, which look old and not maintained.

Deluxe location for a visit...

Liked: The staff at the reception desk was super friendly and willing to explain everything we inquired about. The rooms were super!
Disliked: The breakfast served was a bit cold and the coffee not the best, for the price.

Liked: Very Nice hôtel, centrally located. Extremely nice and professional service and great breakfast!

Liked: Location, common areas are beautiful, cosy rooms
Disliked: Lacking the safes in the room, breakfast could be a bit more varied with more options for fruits and vegetables

Liked: The localisation was great, just in a city centre. What's more the hotel itself looks amazing, classy and the room was really comfortable and pretty.

A suitable place to discover...

Liked: The hotel is well placed, in the upper part of the city, close to the tourist attractions.Good breakfast, friendly staff.You can start your walk through Porto from here and end the day in Ribeira.
Disliked: The bathroom didn't look very good, it was a bit old and it wouldn't have been nice to have something on which you could put the cosmetics.
