Disliked: The main thing in hospitality is to provide a tired traveler with a quality sleep. Please do not skimp on pillows and blankets! I also want to note that the light from bedside lamps is more suitable in brightness for a hospital operating room than for peaceful going to bed. And the air conditioner did not cope with its direct duties: in the evening it was 25 degrees Celsius in the room, and buzzing all night, it reached only 22 degrees in the morning.
