Liked: Love that they were super friendly and very accommodating the pools were nice and always was able to find a place to sit good food around very peaceful quiet rooms comfortable beds

Disliked: they were on strike when I arrived and I wasn't informed prior to arrival. it took about 2 hrs online to be Informed that I was In the wrong part of the hotel. this was after I showed my reservation twice to someone to ask them if I was in the right place. I heard some people infront of me say they had been waiting almost 3 hrs. my app didn't let me check in. it was a massive disaster. then once I get to my correct tower and get checked in, I get to my room n the room is dirty. I had to wipe down the tables. the floors needed to be vacuumed. I would have left but it was like 8pm and I due to check out the next day. there were no towels. I tried calling and no one answered for front desk so I had to go down to the desk and request it my self. it was honestly the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. I really wish I would have been told ahead of time about the strike. then at lease I already knew what I was getting my self into.
