Disliked: Power has gone out at 2am. Manager stated it was due to the city stating they would be cutting power through out the town due to the high winds. When I asked the manager if they were going to compensate in anyway..he said no..and said we'll you stayed...like we're are we going to go at 2 in the morning...other guests were furious too...one staed they were told at checking the hotel had backup generators if they had to have power shut off. When we left in the morning we drove around town and not one single business or residence was out of power..only the hotel.Manager was very rude and unpleasant about the situation and kept saying it was out of his hands.....

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. It is clean and comfortable. It met our needs.
Disliked: They don’t tell you parking is 16.00 per night until you check in.. The room is only cleaned when you ask for it to be cleaned. If you choose not to have it cleaned daily, you have to go to the front desk for coffee, cups,etc. The towels were like the towels they used in high school. When you add parking, the rate is competitive for the area.
