Disliked: Hole in the couch upon arrival, the refrigerator did not work, the walls are so thin we could hear everything from the next room, even just normal talking, so we could not sleep.

This cannot happen again and...

Liked: Yolanda would not give us the room we requested on another floor and we faced the dirt like punishment what a way to treat the aging population. Then we were downstairs later later that night and other women were granted a room with a great view I said something and was told we can move you now no it’s midnight but watch who and how you treat people you never know who carries influence these days what a disappointment

Liked: Location is beautiful, staff not too friendly, what really degraded your place is it did not make sense paying a parking fee, even a higher star hotel in same area does not charge parking fee.
Disliked: Take out the parking fee

Disliked: FIRST ONLY GUESTS OF THE HOTEL PAY $16 PER DAY FOR PARKING,EVERYONE ELSE WHO IS GOING TO THE BAR DOESNT PAY AND THATS WHY IN THE EVENING I NEED TO PARK 100METERS AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE.BREAKFAST IS ABOUT $100 FOR 4 PEOPLE.HOTEL IS VERY OLD,HAVE TO WALK 5MINS TO THE ROOM,NO VIEW AT ALL,ROOM SMELLS,BEDS ARE NOT KING SIZE,BATHROOM IS A JOKE,TAP IS DIFICULT TO WASH EVEN,THE HOTEL LOOKS LIKE A HOSTEL OR MOTEL MOSTLY,AND FOR THIS PRICE AT THE END WE PAID PER DAY I WAS EXPECTING MUCH MORE,WIRST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN,WILL NOT USE AGAIN EVER
