Overall it was fine. I know now to ask about the deadbolt working and if there is a window.

Liked: The staff were very nice, and helpful.
Disliked: I was unable to lock the deadbolt. The girl at the front desk felt I was good as long as the key card worked. I know you can take the screws out and with a small tool, pop off the unit and get on. Just something to consider. I would have felt better having the ability to lock the deadbolt too. Especially with no windows or patio to open and escape if something happened.

Everything was great will stay...

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, everything we did was 5-10 minutes away from hotel.
Disliked: Vending machines were empty, not sure why, maybe new management?

Liked: We LOVED this property. I have stayed in Branson a lot and this hotel has by far been my favorite. Excellent staff and the entire hotel smelled amazing.
Disliked: NOTHING

Exceptional

Liked: We stay there almost every time we go to Branson which is about three or four times a year. It’s always clean. Knowing a place is consistently clean is our number one priority. Also, it’s easy to get in and out and is in a good location.
