Overall it was fine. I know now to ask about the deadbolt working and if there is a window.

Liked: The staff were very nice, and helpful.
Disliked: I was unable to lock the deadbolt. The girl at the front desk felt I was good as long as the key card worked. I know you can take the screws out and with a small tool, pop off the unit and get on. Just something to consider. I would have felt better having the ability to lock the deadbolt too. Especially with no windows or patio to open and escape if something happened.

A night out.

Liked: We found this to be a nice place. The only thing that was a slight issue were flat hard pillows and surprisingly no tissues in the room. It was still a very good stay and good breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Very good. Room was nice and clean. Staff got our room ready before the 3:00 check in time. Nice location.

Disappointing

Liked: We chose the location due to the proximity of the mall. But that's about all the place had going for it. We lined up with 7 others to check in, thankfully we had a confirmation number. Finally got thru the line (only one person was at the desk) and went to find our room. Second floor. Got to the room and neither of our key cards would open the door. Back downstairs. 'Sorry...' Back upstairs...The morning we were to leave, we awoke to no hot water. Several other guests that were on the elevator going down to breakfast also had only cold or lukewarm water. The breakfast room was full with people lined up so hubby got in the line while I went to the front desk to tell the manager about the water issue. 'Oh. I'll have the guy turn the temp up on it, it'll be hot in 30 minutes'. I said I need it resolved to my account then since we were leaving right away. She said that turning the water heater up IS resolving the problem and to take a shower in a half hour. We were unable to shower at all at this point so I went upstairs to get our luggage. Except the card key didn't work. Again. Back downstairs to re-activate it. 'Sorry...'. Back up...Going back up to the room, the elevator door only partially opened on the main floor in front of me and the occupants were leaning on the alarm button. I took the stairs.

Nice and Affordable

Liked: I liked the location as it was right off the main strip and very close to lots of restaurants, activities, and shopping. The check in prices was easy and the staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: I wish there had been more options regarding availability to healthy snack options from vending machines.

Liked: Great location and value, always clean and the hot breakfast is delicious. This is always our first choice when staying in Branson.
