Liked: We had an amazing time at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa! The resort's beauty and vastness left us in awe - there's so much to explore!A hint of nostalgia hit us as we strolled through the resort, reminiscent of classic malls from the past.Our kids had an absolute blast splashing around in the pools, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.While the gift shops were a tad pricey (as most are), they're conveniently located throughout the resort.We can't wait to come back and experience it all again!*Highly recommend!*

Perfect little winter getaway close...

Liked: A whole world under one roof - perfect place for a winter getaway with young kids while still allowing for adult fun!
Disliked: Nothing - it was great! Having a 5K route around the property was awesome but it might help to have better markings to show the way.

Disliked: No microwave in the rooms is so inconvenient when traveling. Reheating meals, making popcorn, warming coffee. Even Holiday Inn Express has microwaves in the rooms. For this reason only we won’t return

We’ve been coming to this...

Disliked: The standards and service have really changed here. The food in each restaurant (we ate in 3) was very disappointing, and service was scarce. The property is tired and the rooms were not cleaned appropriately.
