Liked: During checking at the hotel , the reception never explained about what things is free or not free in the room . One bottle water was in the toilet and my daughter used it . And the end hotel charged me 3.99 dollars. We thought bottle water is free . And nobody did not tell us anything about that .

Disliked: All EV chargers parking spots were taken, with some vehicules not even plugged in, some guests vehicules put the charging cable near their their charging port to make it look like they are charging. If I could do-over, would...

Liked: Basic hotel. Nice lobby with fireplace. Staff was friendly. Pool water was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast is only free if you book directly through their website. Beds were too firm. The lighting in the rooms is awful - we had 2 rooms for 6 people and both rooms had the same dim lighting. The pool is very small and shallow. The liner of the pool is all messed up - wrinkled and falling off. Lastly, we had to have our room keys re-magnitized three times even though after the first time we made a point to not put them near phones/electronics.
