Clean and friendly vibes

Liked: The parking was really easy to access. The entry and the welcoming was nice. The hotel is always clean as well as the room. I really love the design of the room and the space. The employees are really friendly. One of my favourite hotel in Québec. Will definetly book again!

Liked: Fabulous stay. Good value.
Disliked: Could do with more lighting. It was a little dark.

Liked: The room quality and comfort is adequate. The personnel was somewhat friendly at the Front Desk though a bit standoff ish. Could do a better job to make the guests feel welcomed.
Disliked: The room size is great. I like the fact there is no carpet in the room. There could be body lotion in the room. The beds were comfy.

Liked: Seemed like a high-end, no-frills business hotel. The king room with kitchenette had a microwave and fridge, a few dishes and a sink - no stove. The location was not in the old town but was next to a large mall with bus transportation so it was still convenient. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a desk lamp.

Liked: Staff was welcoming and helpful. Plenty of free parking. Room was clean. Nice sitting areas in the lobby to go chatting. Close to a mall and some nice groceries stores (Adonis, Avril, etc). Access to main highways.
Disliked: Black veil curtains in the windows were gloomy, and the room was ill lit - no overhead or major lighting source. The mini-fridge was quite noisy, the free wi-fi was not functioning well for streaming when there were more customers in the building; also someone's Ipad tried to connect to our television on the last evening. Mentioned it at our departure, and I received an apology from the staff as they are aware that their Wi-fi is not up to par. Furthermore there are no charging stations or USB slots to charge your devices. We also noticed garbage not being picked up in front of room doors for a whole 24 hrs. I was told they clean the rooms only every other day - short staffed.

Liked: The room was very spacious (they didn’t mention but I think I got a better room that the one I booked, because it was much bigger and better looking than the pictures!). There is a kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine, so if you do not feel like going to breakfast there is a grocery store nearby where you can grab some stuff. The personnel is nice and very responsive to all requests.
Disliked: The room is quite dark, there is no main ceiling light. The closet was spacious but there was dust on the shelf and it would have been nice to have more hangers.
