Every staff member was unpleasant....

Liked: The room was amazing.
Disliked: Not an exaggeration, every single staff member we came in contact with was massively unfriendly. To the point that it became humorous to our group. There wasn't a restaurant open on the property which made it difficult to enjoy the stay. Our beds were missing sheets and the staff sighed in anger when they had to bring them to us. Our phones in the rooms also didn't work. We had to google the resort's main desk to be routed for help in order to have bedding. After being brought bedding in a plastic bag and making our own beds, we laughed as we all decided we would definitely not be coming back to this resort.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful. It was nice to have a kitchen and lots of room in the bathroom. The view was nice. The steam room and pool dressing/bath room were nice.
Disliked: Bathtub was clogged. Taking a shower we had to wade in dirty water. Pool was also dirty. Broken plastic cups on the pool floor and bugs and hair floating around. Not a lot of eating options within walking distance in the summer.

Liked: The rooms were big, very spacious. The property was very well maintained, nicely kept.
Disliked: Didn't love our food at the grill restaurant. Our service was not good either.
