Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel lives up to its name 'Grand' and gives a real sense of how grand things were back in the day. The room we had was clean, comfortable and functional.The entertainment included a fun session of Bingo, a film and a Cabaret which was very entertaining. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and very good. Great location with beautiful views. All in all a stay in this hotel is one not to be missed, but ensure you purchase a good room.
Disliked: The Java Coffee bar never seemed to serve coffee whenever we asked (late am and mid pm).

Disliked: Dirty windows. No plug socket near the bed head for phone/tablet.
