Overlooking Scarborough's Harbor and South Bay The Grand is a Victorian hotel with sea views. The Grand has evening entertainment 365 days of the year in its stunning Cabaret Ballroom. Nursing home vibes

Liked: This hotel is filthy and smells bad. Really disappointing as the building is beautiful, it is in need of a seriously deep clean and renovation

Liked: The location/ the beautiful entryway and balcony area.
Disliked: Stain on the bed sheets. A very creaky floor board , mold on the ceiling . Bathroom smelled really bad (possibly the drains) and had no body wash in dispenser. Floors did not seem clean either.

Liked: We’ve stayed here a few times it’s always great. Staff are polite, it’s clean and comfortable

Perfect location ,good for one...

Liked: Close to the beach ,found a room available, the reception staff was very helpful Joe tried everything to make our stay comfortable .The pillos was hard ,they had a new tv in the room but no remote for it .Room smelled OK but the bathroom was dusty, smelling of cigarettes smoke ,,only one bar soap small , bring your owh shower gels ,shampoo ,although it is clearly displayed no smoking ,good value for one night stay.Furniture old,very old .The show in the hotel was wow .my son loved it too .
