Good location and value for...

Liked: Location was good and we managed to get a parking spot (limited availability). Good breakfast.
Disliked: Carpets in hallways and stairs looking a bit old and tired. Could do with some updating

All in all good value...

Liked: Location good, room large and comfortable. Bathroom large and modern. Breakfast very nice. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: From time to time unpleasant smell in bedroom. Carpeting and furnishings appear somewhat worn. Disappointing that no notice before booking that bar not functioning.

Disliked: It's very cold in the room, never warm up even air conditioning works all night.Capacity of breakfast restaurant is not enough.
