Liked: Staff was helpful and informative. Also enjoyed the convenience to Legoland and children centered amenities.
Disliked: Felt the 10am checkout was early given that we were having breakfast in the hotel. Unfortunately our food took a long time in getting to us and I had to ask the front desk if we could have a check out extension so that we could grab our things after we ate. I was given a 30 minute extension.

Fantastic for families and close...

Liked: I loved the proximity to Legoland and to Costco. It was a beautiful resort with so many things to do. I loved swimming in the quiet lap pool and playing with my kids in the kid pool. The room was clean, quiet, and had a well stocked kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. Would love to come stay again to enjoy more of the resort!
Disliked: It was a bit loud later at night with the room facing the kid pool and youth were swimming later. But only for the front room with the window facing the pool.

Liked: Location was walking distance to LegoLand
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was nice wish it was warmer for us to really enjoy the pools

OK but facility needs TLC...

Disliked: Room with a parking lot view despite property being on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Property and buildings needs some TLC. Starting to look tired.

Liked: I’d like to share some feedback regarding my experience at the Grand Pacific Palisades. I found the check-in time (5:00 PM) and check-out time (10:00 AM) quite restrictive, especially for a one-night stay. The lack of flexibility in these hours significantly impacts the guest experience, as it greatly reduces the time available to enjoy the hotel's facilities, which are being fully paid for.Considering this timeframe, the stay amounts to only 17 hours, which is about 70% of a full day. This really affected the overall value perception of the stay. I believe this is valuable feedback for the hotel/resort to consider adjusting or offering more flexibility with these times.I would appreciate a response regarding this feedback.Thank you!
