Poor

Liked: Good location close to LEGOLAND, nice pool and hot tub.
Disliked: We had rats in our room under the kitchen sink coming out from the wall. They offered to move rooms but we already had stayed a few days and didn’t want to pack up and move our kids around and we were hoping it was just maybe one that was in there so we decided to try and make the room work, so they just set live traps and we ended up having two rats in them… they came back and set one more after we had disposed of them, but the last morning we were leaving they still had more tearing up our garbage. I understand these things can happen and maybe we should have just changed rooms… but they didn’t even seem to think it was a big deal or care to call and check in or anything. When I called a last time to just tell them they didn’t seem to handle the situation very well they just offered a $60 restaurant credit as we were already checking out and leaving.. definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay here since they clearly don’t seem to care much about their guests or having rodents in the building.

Liked: Great hotel when you travel with kids. Super close to Legoland (walking distance). Good selection of activities for kids.

Disliked: Misinformation in regard to getting my suite serviced. Staff did not seem to be on the same page. Every morning I did speak to someone and they advised it would be taken care of. The fact it never got done through out my whole stay was very disappointing. I was traveling with 5 adults and two children. You could understand how that could be frustrating coming back from a long day of being out.

Liked: The staff! Joy at the front desk was great.
Disliked: How loud the rooms were. We could always hear the trains at night and planes from 5:30am until late at night. We could also hear literally everything from those staying above us, which made us have to request a room change.

Disliked: At the time we were there, there was lots of construction going on and couldn’t use the elevator so that was annoying.

Liked: Everything went well and I have stayed at your facility over the years over 25 times and love it.
Disliked: The walkways and entrance into the room need some attention, possibly power washing to remove the stains. Other than that my family and I love your facility and look forward to our next visit.
