Disappointed
Liked: There was a loud noise in the room, 24 hours/day. All of the wall hangings had been removed, so there were blank, white walls throughout the facility. The location was beautiful.
Disliked: There was only valet parking available at a cost of $25/day - no option to self-park.

Liked: The view was very nice
Disliked: We arrived early prior to check in time and the friendly girl on the reception did for us a pre check in and said that our room would be ready soon. We returned 2 hours later and the room was still not ready. It wasn't till after 15:00 that we finally were given our keys to the room. Unacceptable to be told taht you room woudl be ready soonand 2 hours later it was still not raedy. Tell the turth!The railing and chairs on the balcony when we arrived had not be wiped for some time.I believe 1 lift had not been working for a minimum of 2 months

Grand Naniloa 2025 Experience
Liked: Everything about staying at the Grand Naniloa is Always Excellent and an Amazing
Disliked: Valet Parking... It should be for non-hotel guests that are visiting or deciding to dine in at the restaurant & the other venues that do schedule special events. It makes the experience challenging and burdensome when it comes to having them park and letting them know if you have to leave at any moment. Very Inconvenient! It was Never like this before. Please consider catering to your Hotel guests that are paying lots of money to fund the hotel & operations.

Booking.com completely let me down
Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Even though I had the printout of my reservation that I acquired through booking.com, upon arrival at the hotel, they informed me that they had no record of the reservation and it caused quite a panic and uncomfortable situation that they said I had to straiten out with booking.com. As there is no customer service number for booking.com, of course I couldn't get a hold of any help. I will never use booking.com again.
