Disliked: the bed wasnt very comfortable when comparing to our own bed

Liked: Nice view, not too far to Nelson for restaurants
Disliked: Bed was very hard - so wasn’t a good nights sleep unfortunately

Liked: Not much at all, but the location was ok
Disliked: The fact that the room was advertised as having a bath with it then finding out after booking and paying that it did not have a bath, then finding there was no refund on the booking... Appalling!Oh and the Swastika Lights in the ceiling were just awesome.. glad I'm not Jewish

Disliked: Specifically requested twin beds. Given a king. There’s usually a reason you request twin beds! Didn’t appreciate looking out window to see mangers underwear hanging on the line. That’s a bit off.

Staff were great, location was...

Liked: Position on the coast. Private room. Staff were really helpful and friendly
Disliked: The bed was definitely broken! It bent in half if you sat on it and the divan seemed to be the problem not the mattress. Worried also about the electrics in the bathroom( shade missing on wall light do that the wiring was visible. Light switch in bathroom was stiff and temperamental. Fan operation a bit random, sink was cracked. Communal area had extra glasses and bowls but didn’t find any plates.
