Disliked: Room was really small for the price. The fridge noise was disruptive and our bathroom smelt like the deep fryer from the Cafe next door. Not suitable for children. There was no portacot and our room was up a narrow staircase.

Liked: Great place and close to the venue I needed to attend.
Disliked: I paid for the room, through Booking.com and on arrival and check in, I had to pay for it again! I got charged twice and they didn’t even refund me on the day of check out even after they confirmed that I had paid for it originally through Booking.com. I spoke to them on check out day; they didn’t grab my details for a refund and weren’t able to tell me when they would process my refund. Absolutely appalling customer service.
