Has potential but sadly was...

Liked: Good location and easy access to groceries and buses.
Disliked: Staff were grumpy and you needed to push hard to get things fixed. Property is tired and needs a face lift. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

Loved the location and the...

Liked: Great location and I received what I booked. Excellent communication from Grand Mercure Apartments.
Disliked: The second bedroom beds were awful, one you couldn't use, because you just rolled out one side. The kitchen has one old pan to cook with and one saucepan, not ideal with a family over Christmas. No teaspoons at all, I bought 6 and left them there.
