It’s was fine won’t stay...

Liked: The comfy bed, the jacuzzi was decent the swivel tv
Disliked: Jacuzzi was kinda dirty, bathroom was really small couldent see any of that in the pictures, the water park was not advertised!

Awesome stay for the price!

Liked: Staff was great at check in. Amazingly warm water for the little ones swimming! Convenient elevators and stairs by each water park.
Disliked: Just a preference, but the beds aren’t the comfiest.

Liked: The water park areas for the kids.
Disliked: We arrived around 430 pm. Drove over 3.5 hours (the day after Christmas) so kids had been couped up for quite some time. While myself and my sister got everything situated the kids being excited and happy to no longer be couped with ran around the room. It was 5:20 PM and someone from the desk came to tell us that the people below us complained about the noise. I apologized explained the kids had been in the car for several hours and the receptionist told me yea waterpark. I told yes we plan too but right now we are trying to get situated before going to dinner. Again she repeated about taking them to the waterpark and how they needed to be quiet. I said yes I understand I would do my best but this is the first time they have been able to move around all day. It wasn't late at night and I can only do so much (one is a 2.5 year old. Pool areas are nice, other guests not considerate of others and had music blasting in the dolphin pool room. Later that evening around 9:30 PM the room above us the children were running around, slamming doors etc. Finally decided to call down around 10, was told the room would be contacted, it continued, called around 1130, again told they would contact the room. Went down to the lobby at midnight as it still hadn't stopped, was told they would go to the room this time. Called again to the office around 1am and then finally the noise stopped close to 2am.

Quick day trip to stay...

Liked: Indoor water park was great for our young family.
Disliked: No breakfast.

Affordable & fun, family friendly...

Liked: Our kids LOVED the little indoor waterpark and pools. Us adults liked the placement of the hot tubs (so we could relax while watching our kids play). Our children are 5, 7, and 11 years old, and there was enough to entertain all three of them. They were so sad when it was time to check out!
Disliked: Upon booking, we didn't realize that there was no food/beverage on site, so we had to order everything in for delivery, which got expensive. There wasn't really a table in a common area to eat our food, so we had to eat on the beds in our room, which just isn't appealing.

Great place for families of...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.We had four rooms & all were very clean. We had kids of all ages in our group ( babies, grade schoolers, high schoolers) & everyone had a great time including the adults !!! We were given extra blankets when we asked. Rooms were big enough for pack'n play for babies. Plenty of hot water in rooms.Both pool areas were always kept clean & the pool bathrooms were also always clean. Pools definitely had chlorine in them along with all the hot tubs. We were impressed with how everything was kept clean and tidy for all the kids running around there. Loved the free little coffee area & vending machines.
Disliked: The BEDS !! Everyone in our party complained about how hard their beds were & how flat the pillows were. Towels are paper thin. I think the pool towels may have been nicer. I highly recommend some upgrades be made. These things truly were huge in determining if we all would come back. Noone got any decent sleep.
