Liked: The location is super convenient with less than 5 mins walk from central station. The staffs are super friendly and they give a lot of suggestion for whatever I have doubt with
Disliked: I like everything but maybe the room is little small for me

Liked: Good location, helpful staff, nice and comfortable bar area and very clean rooms.
Disliked: The room was quite small but it was still very cosy. The breakfast menu could do with having a bit more on offer.

Cosy and romantic room

Liked: Extra heart warming, very positive receptionists. They upgraded our room with no extra charge. Lovely cosy room, peaceful and quiet area, yet very central to touristic attaractions.
Disliked: the day after we checked in our rooms were cleaned, replaced with fresh towels but; tea bags, clean tea glasses, water bottle, and new vanity kit wasnt replaced. We werent happy with the housekeeper service. Also bed sheets were kind of small, so when you sleep it all comes out, it made me uncomfortable.
