Liked: Hotel is truly beautiful.Restaurant and lobby is a masterpiece, well done to the design team
Disliked: Would be nice to have a choice of the pillows, introduce pillow menu?

Disliked: The roof and courtyard were closed

Disliked: Cleaning was minimal, the beds were very uncomfortable and rooms were very small

Liked: Top location, very close to the central station. Great bars and restaurants around the area. The staff were all very kind, friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved the design of the hotel. Clean, daily change of towels and the bed was so so comfortable! The food at the restaurant was great
Disliked: Asking for 250 DKK for a crib is rude, in most of the hotels this is offered for free. The hotel was not cheap and demanding extra payment for a crip is not ok. Eventually we shared our bed with our baby.The showerhead was pretty much not working

Great Location but we did...

Liked: Location is perfect, near Main Station and public transport.Very kind and Professional staff, esp. receptionistsCosy decoration
Disliked: Third bed was basicly a mattress on the floor instead of sofa (we did not book this).No hot water in the washbasin.We came back to our Room at 16h and The Room was not cleaned yet.You need to Book table for breakfast.

Overall a great Stay and...

Liked: The hotel was lovely and beautiful aesthetic. Very clean and always being cleaned too! Although, The lighting was dark, not much natural light. Sound proof so you don’t hear the main road being noisy. Our stay was great, the hotel is very close to transport link but also walkable to most attractions!
