Liked: Very good food in the resturant. Easy access from center. Service minded staff.
Disliked: Maybe rated 5 stars in UK but equals to max 4 stars in EU.One lift out of order.Small room.Toilet installed too close to the wall/door.

Perfect location and good standards...

Liked: Great location, very friendly, helpful staff. Room, linen and cleaning high standard. Breakfast buffet and hot food al a carte options very good.
Disliked: Pool and spa is also available to non resident guests who have segment times allocated.

Better than the Royal Yacht...

Liked: We had a lovely specious suite.Staff were very attentive.Food was great.The hotel was opposite the pick-up point for the ferry bus to Elizabeth castle, which is worth a trip.
Disliked: The road outside was very noisy during the day, especially with the constant stream of loud motor bikes.

I came for some relaxation...

Liked: I had a lovely room at the front with a balcony however, even with the windows shut, the noise of the traffic was quite loud.
