I came for some relaxation...

Liked: I had a lovely room at the front with a balcony however, even with the windows shut, the noise of the traffic was quite loud.

Liked: Fabulous Room, the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to give 5 * treatment. Loved the facilities, food etc.
Disliked: Could not fathom out how to turn the heating off in the room,

Liked: Room was excellent for the view and clean fantastic.Breakfast had a vast selection, catered for every need.Staff were very friendly, helpful, and immaculately dressed in uniform.Hotel cleanliness excellent, well done and praise for cleaning team.Location excellent.Hotel rated 5 stars, should rate 10 plus stars.
Disliked: Unable to answer this question as everything was perfect, however as i have to answer, there could be a lift to pool area as its only accessible by stairs, but this is stated in brief when booked so i was aware.

Wonderful hotel, delicious food, amazing...

Liked: There are lots of positive things to say about this hotel! For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.
Disliked: The USB ports by the bed didn't work unless the lights were on which was odd and if I were the hotel/chain I would consider having a more flexible late check out policy when the hotel isn't too busy. But honestly, tiny things, this hotel was great!!!
