Overall good stay!

Liked: The history of the place. Very welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We visited in off season, and it was super quiet. We enjoyed the cafe next door.
Disliked: Needed more lighting in the hotel itself and an extra nightstand and lamp for other side of bed. We didn't know there was no AC, but we opened window and that worked. Carpet on the floor is not my favorite. Of course not having an elevator and staying on the third floor was not fun.

Liked: Beautiful historic hotel - updated but still had the authentic heritage feel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Liked the coffee/water station on the ground floor.
Disliked: Shower curtain was a bit awkward as curtain had to be pulled over the faucet handles and soap dish so had to reach under the curtain to get to shampoo and soap and to adjust the water temperature.

Liked: Straight out of a film set, clearly historic and amazing location.
Disliked: Small room, but glad as could be quite spooky! Was too hot in the room at times but the fan worked well.
