Disliked: 352 a night in a small “casina” where it was impossible to open windows. old bath tub with a curtain for showers. far from main hotel. koi pond devastated.

Liked: The staff was great in both the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was always clean and smelled good. Room was very nice and well kept, the view was great out to the bay. Food at both restaurants was exceptional. Unfortunately, someone had to ruin the weekend for us, the room across the hall from us. Saturday night was loud and obnoxious arguing back-and-forth with one another for hours in the middle of the night. A member of your hotel staff came and knocked on their door at 2 o’clock in the morning to tell them there was noise complaints, and the man was verbally abusive to your staff. Member cursing at him loudly and telling him to go away and who do you think he is. Unfortunately ruined our peaceful getaway for the weekend and checking out the next morning with that as our end to our stay. Told management about the whole situation and was only offered a sorry that that happened.

The Grand Hyatt is not...

Liked: The pool by oysterwatcher was great. You needed to take a golf cart the path was destroyed by past hurricane. This pool was warm and felt like it was on runway to the airport.Rooms comfortable beds great!
Disliked: The cold swimming pool 65 degrees one drink at pool was $20.The service at the breakfast was very slow. Cup of coffee was 20 minutes to first arrive. The buffet was $31 priced okay.Repair work from hurricane and the property showing age.We had three rooms the value was hard to see.
