The steak house by the hotel was fabulous, however expensive - $225.00 for two for special of 2 lobster tails and steak. It was among the best I've ever tasted.

Liked: Absolute fabulous experience from the time we drove up to door and drove away; no long lines checking in or out; our porter was among the very best ever.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I have stayed there three times in the last year. Never disappointed.

Disliked: The tv in the room is a bit outdated as they don’t offer the streaming services in the tv you have to play around a bit to get the chromcast to work

Liked: Great size room compared to hotels in Europe.Great location, close to the waterfront, Pike Place and Monorail.Starbucks was downstairs and a small store to buy milk etc.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was very dull once the shades were closed.

Liked: It’s said that it had a pool, and I was excited to book it for my kids so they can swim and when I got there, they said that they didn’t had a pool, they lie!!!!!!! I was upset and my kids were upset, I payed to stay there with no pool
