Grand Hyatt 2024

Liked: The breakfast every morning was sublime, I may never want to cook again. Also, nothing was any trouble for the housekeeping staff. On top of that, I received a bottle of bubbly and a card, I think this was due to our admission clerk, who i happened to tell that we were there for my 60th birthday
Disliked: The only tiny thing we weren't 100% happy with was the pillows, but our fault for not saying anything.

Liked: We loved everything about the property from arriving at the reception, efficient booking, friendly staff and all things taken care of. The breakfast was just Devine, over 100 items to choose from

Disliked: Every time I check in, all my details are incorrect. (Old address, email etc) and I ask staff to update them in the system but no one ever does.They said the details have come through from booking.com but my details are correct on booking.com.So not sure why this is, but it’s frustrating to have to correct them each time.
