Liked: Staff was excellent , friendly and very accommodating. The room service was the best I have ever had and I got the salmon every single night and my husband ordered the steak every night. It was consistently amazing and always on time. I couldn’t be happier with our stay, thank you!
Disliked: Nothing!

Convenient but overpriced and mediocre.

Liked: Very convenient for early DFW flights.
Disliked: Extremely expensive ($400) for a room that overlooked an ugly sloping roof (sloping up so there was no view of anything but room. I felt like I was in a basement apartment.

Great Place to stay.

Liked: In the front desk, Svejna helped with my check-in and also gave me instructions for boarding my next flight. She was very kind and super-helpful. Desirae also followed up about my stay after the check up. Thank you for your care.
Disliked: None.

Exceptional

Liked: Easy access from airport. Loved the free cookie, granola bar and water upon arrival. It was a nice late night snack.
Disliked: Nothing. However the price was a little steep, but easy access from airport and quality room made it worthwhile.

Luxury and convenience

Liked: The check-in was wonderfully friendly, and I was able to get any information I needed. The room was beautiful and comfortable, especially the lovely bathroom with a tub to soak in.
Disliked: The bed linens left much to be desired. I really believe the Grand Hyatt could do better.
