Liked: The room was clean and the location great.
Disliked: Couldn't find the front entrance - no signs. They came to clean our room at 6:30pm.

Customer service was top notch - friendly and informative. Good prices. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Disliked: A lil high price for parking garage but could be worse.

This hotel was amazing! We had the perfect stay. Started off before the concert in the Fireside Lounge and had some happy hour snacks and drinks. The bartenders were super friendly and the lounge act was great and the perfect volume. Then we grabbed some great snacks in the market to take back to the room for after the show. We took an Uber to the show and back, then relaxed in the room with snacks and settled in to a comfortable bed. Woke up and took a stroll on the rooftop walking track which was soooooo cool, then topped off the trip by eating at the amazing breakfast buffet. Such a great night out!

Liked: Loved the fireside lounge, the market and the rooftop walking track!
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Just don't waste your time or money! I had my money refunded. Will NEVER return.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We were told to leave at 3am because we were talking in our room. If we can't even talk the walls are way too thin and cheap!
