Liked: This was our second visit to the Grand Hotel and it was just as special as our first.The food, the spa and the staff are what makes a stay here memorable.The quality of the food, and the accompanying service, was exemplary throughout our stay.You are made to feel special from the moment you arrive, with any requests being dealt with immediately.The spa is magical. If it's relaxation you want then look no further...Well done to all the staff of the Grand Hotel, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas!We will be sure to stay here the next time we are in Lodz.
Disliked: We had a near perfect stay. A couple of small areas in our room could have benefitted from a more thorough cleaning but this didn't detract from our stay.
