Impressive hotel but not at...

Liked: Impressive old school hotel with great reception and concierge. Breakfast was great and bar very nice.
Disliked: My partner could not stand up in the shower cos the ceiling was too low

Liked: a historic hotel at the center of oslo. the building itself screams the oslo’s history, overlooking the city’s main road where christmas market opened. fantastic location, making every tourist spots walking distance. staffs were friendly, even upgraded my room for courtesy. didn’t get to dine in at their infamous Palmen restaurant due to the end-of-the-year reservations, but the grand cafe was just enough alternative.

Liked: Staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating whilst helping us find a bar and food on NYE in a city that doesn't stay open! Rubina the Concierge, the bar manager (whose name we didn't get) and the FOH team were all amazing
Disliked: Rooftop bar staff could have had a little more support for such a busy night but great views and a fun atmosphere.
