Liked: The location is brilliant- walking distance from the train station, and a short stroll into the market square. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Quiet location and lovely staff.

Liked: The location and the interior of the hotel are stunning , detailed and perfectly in shape. It’s like you’re staying in the palace back in time. Breakfast very detailed and in a nice location. Room service very personal and attentive. All personal from reception, breakfast, restaurant, doorman and room maid so friendly and attentive to our needs.
Disliked: For me everything was perfect, keep on doing the great work.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to help me. I travel a great deal and have never been treated better than by everyone at this hotel. If I ever travel to Krakow again, this is where I will stay.

Liked: The Location was great just off the main old town. Breakfast was good enough variety .
Disliked: The room was a little noisy, from the street .

Great location, but not blown...

Liked: Location fantastic and building iconic. However, very dated and old.
Disliked: Very old building which struggled to provide modern day amenities

Disappointing and would not recommend

Disliked: Not a 5 star hotel, it is old, smelly, our bedroom was flooded. They changed us to another bedroom but then the card key was not working and the service is so bad that they just told us it was the system and we had to wait. We had to tell them to come and open the door for us because they did not offer. The towels are very thin and old. It is not a 5 star hotel standard and for that price I am sure you can find a better place in Krakow. Do not recommend and will for sure not come back.
