Liked: Lovely staff and very informative. Good bar and food excellent. We thought the bar was closed on Sundays as advertised by booking.com which was not the case, it was very open!

Liked: The staff were great. I love the grand hotel,
Disliked: The stairs case was beautiful but harder to climb if you are an older person. Need a non-slip mat in the shower and hand rails would help with older people.
