Disliked: The room was cold the heat didn’t work and for the first night and until 10 am the next morning there was no hot water to shower in

Nice, old hotel that is...

Liked: Room and bathroom were clean. Bed very comfortable. Needed a new shower curtain and rod as they were rusted, though.
Disliked: Knew about the ongoing construction for the pool when we booked. Didn’t affect our stay but certainly reduced the number of guests, which may have affected staffing. Had to request new towels as the rooms are only cleaned after your third night. Requested at 9am as we were leaving for the day. Were finally delivered around 10pm, after enquiring at the front desk many hours earlier.

When the renovations complete hopefully...

Liked: It’s very close to the Minot airport and the Minot State University campus. It’s a big place undergoing renovations. Once complete, it should be very nice.
Disliked: Ongoing renovations. My room was on the top floor in the section being renovated. My room was clearly incomplete. TV wasn’t plugged into anything, drop ceiling tiles missing, and worst of all, the glass door opening out to the poolside walkway had no latch, so not only could I not lock the door, I couldn’t even close it properly. Front desk was dismissive, but eventually sent a facilities tech after I insisted. The tech expressed an apology, but said there was nothing he could do. The hotel was full so I couldn’t be provided another room. I wound up having to wedge a chair between the sliding door and the wall all night.

Disliked: Renovations ongoing for over a year on same area of hotel. TV's haven't worked in over 9 months. Mold heavy on shower curtain. Room itself smelled funky.

Paid but did not get...

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I got my room for you guys and showed up there and there was no room scheduled for me and I talked to you guys on the phone at the same time I sent at the motel and you couldn't figure out my room so I went and got a room somewhere else and I didn't get my money back from you guys and I really appreciate my money back

Exceptional

Liked: Always love the spacious rooms and comfy beds.
Disliked: It was way to hot this time around.

Liked: The location was excellent for the airport
Disliked: I chose the hotel specifically for airport shuttle service and it's proximity to the airport. I originally was staying at a competitor, but changed my reservation. The bar and restaurant weren't available, and when I asked about the shuttle service.... That's not 24hrs. So I walked myself and my luggage across the highway to the airport
