Liked: I had a great big carpeted room with a large bed. Unfortunately I did not have time to go to the pool. I hope I will on my next visitI enjoyed the breakfast, and room service was prompt and great
Disliked: There was no porter to help with luggage when I arrived and when leaving.

Very poor

Disliked: Almost everything comes at an extra cost here. There weren’t even any glass cups in the room—when I called to request one for making coffee, they said it would cost €8 (I was like What ??). On top of that, they don’t provide complimentary water in the room—it’s also charged separately. But the most disappointing part was the booking issue: I reserved a room for two adults via Booking.com and specifically chose a big double room, yet the hotel insisted it was only for one person and charged extra for the second guest. The hotel is not value for price. To be fair, the hotel did respond to my complaint and reasoned each point, but unfortunately, nothing was actually resolved.

Disliked: Well, is a very big building that needs a restoration, welness area was a big old and water not warm enough

Disliked: Parking price was 35 euro, it's too high for the guests of the hotel. It looks like the old hotel and the value for money is not correct at all.
